i was going off the fact that he is a diabetic and cut as well. For a cut id highly suggest more than 1g per lb to spare muscle wasting. Optimum nutrition protein is great, but ive not had any luck with myofusion its like sludge to get down to me. But ive honestly never really had to go on an all out cut, i can drop my caloric intake 300 cals a day for a month and see results fairly quickly
