hey no one is perfect man, cutting while retaining mass, not to mention cutting while being a diabetic and retaining mass is extremely difficult. I give you serious props man. the muscle will come back quick dont you worry

I was out of the gym for about a year, been back since december. I was 172 before the injury started working out at about 147ish december and now im back up hovering right around 165-170. 8 months and im almost back!
