Ok so if these were illegal logically those numbers would be lower. Thus if pot is legal it's deaths would go up. So actually yoru stats actually bolster the argument for it remaining illegal.
Common sense says SMOKE of any kind in your lungs is not good. At least cigs have filters. If pot was legal would any of you potheads would smoke a joint with a filter?
