Hello, may I ask when the payment in question was originally due to be sent out to you? I'm not sure how happy I am with the idea of delaying payments of long time affiliates because of one chargeback in a period. If it means a delay of one week then that's one thing but if it means months and emails being ignored and the like then that's quite another. To be able to absorb one $45 chargeback and assuming the 5% threshold is correct that means the payout for that period has to be > $900. unless I misunderstand.
