Thanks Jon! I've been shooting for 20+ years. Never really had an idea to get into this industry - just kinda fell in to it.
One thing that has helped me tremendously is working with assistants. I work with 3 of them now on just about every shoot. It takes 3 to produce the kind of work that I feel is above average and do it consistently.
If there are any shooters out there looking to progress with their work, get yourself a few assistants. The less time you spend moving your lighting around, running extension cords, setting up soft-boxes etc..etc..etc., the more time you can avail yourself to shooting good solid work. Hire as many as you can afford
