I am trying my very best to figure out how to get the elevatedx cms limited trial to work with ccbill. there is nothing that tells you what to do, and the elevatedx setup info just says to deal with your biller as this is not something that they provide.
CCBill is clueless when I ask so is there anyone who knows this or who is uing elevatedx with ccbill and has a limited trial setup?
