That's just sick. Granted I'm sure the cop didn't know or understand he was a soldier but at the same time you can't just go around shooting people because you want to.

Although I've heard that NORMAL PEOPLE will empty a clip into someone when they are panicked. It's a normal reaction once you commit to squeezing the trigger to keep going until bullets stop coming out. But this guy was a trained and seasoned police officer, even if he NEEDED to discharge his weapon if he was sober he should have been able to drop his attacker in 2 shots, or if he didn't know he was armed simply incapacitate him. Thirteen times to shoot at someone AS A COP when you're NOT in a firefight is rage/intoxication.
