And that's just a regular programmer. Duke is also looking for someone with extensive NATS and Carma knowledge, and there aren't many "programmers" that can do that. I know we have eight in-house programmers on staff at TB and none are versed in NATS that well. You will either find a NATS guy or a programmer, not both.

Maybe Fabien is back available for hire? ; )
