I get my butcher to grind up a batch of ground beef for me at the time of purchase, as in right in front of me. In fact she's pretty hot, and I'm usually chatting her up while she does it. Best ground beef I've ever had, btw. Nice and lean, very good cuts of beef used. And did I mention my butcher is hot?
