I did not even know I was dehydrated until after I arrived and tried to exert myself a little. Immediately felt like someone put my head in a vise. The deflectors have vents I can open and close. I think they are probably of more use in the cold.

In the days b4 cellphones, and I know you drove it then too,
it really was trusting in your bike or riding with someone.
I have a friend who rides around up here when it's -10 or colder with one blanket in the trunk. As any northerner will tell you that's crazy.
People have and do freeze to death in their cars. Altho with cell phones much less.
Altho, how many cell phones have full desert coverage either.
I would feel more mechanicly sound on a bike than in a car tho.
