nope not cheap, if she had the money she would buy me anything. when people are out with her she pays for everyone. she is frugal with herself.
the definition of frugal:

a bottle of cheap wine does the same job as an expensive bottle. cheaper clothes do the same job as expensive ones.

she has never been rich and is generous with her money. she is just frugal with her things. she comes from humble backgrounds. she doesnt care about status, that does not make her cheap.
rupert murdoch supposedly has had the same house forever now. that is not cheap it is FRUGAL. because as long as he has shelter it does the same job as a million houses.
