I would even guess it makes zero sense to use Creatine or other hi fi supplements if you don't stuff yourself with carbs and proteine, those are supplements where you have to go for a high protein high carb diet and your goal has to be to gain mass as far as I understand.
I'm using liquid amino acids and a proteine drink one hour after a weights work out and before I go to sleep, that's it - helps regeneration.
I gotta try to play with my diet now - try to add more vegetables, more variety as I'm also feeling a little bit tired time from time.
