Early last month i had a closing for $625k and i get 3% commision

Today i have one for $190 in morning, and one for $260 in evening!

$450k total

Last month i deferred my commisions to this month (gets me an extra $2k).

So on the 15th i get ...

$18.7k for one
$13.5k for the others

Then gotta cut my uncle in on 48% of it since im single (that fucker)

So i walk with $17.7k clear! woooohooooo! I guess you can look at it as 2 months earnings, but it will still throw me way into the green.

All you bigshots can laugh and shit all you want ... im happy as hell, heh

Oh well, i have meeting at 8:30 then a closing at night .. gonna be a long day so ill see you guys tonight when im home .... wish me luck tonight!!!
