Hey man just hang in there things will get better . I suggest finding something that will occipy your time that you used to set aside for drinking. For example if your married or have a girl friend start doing more each night together. Or join a program such as AA alcoholic's anonymous. Seriously man, anything that you enjoy doing, something like a hobby, use that and occipy your time.
Find some people to hang out with on the weekends. If you hang around your drinking buddys you'll fall back into the same patterns.
