I see your point. In this case, the OP should get paid in full for this pay period, but beyond that his traffic is not productive and exactly why they have that stipulation in their terms and conditions. The reason I said it might have been a mis-communication is because perhaps an affiliate manager said whatever the potential affiliate wanted to hear so he would sign-up, (despite what was actually in the terms & conditions set forth by the program owner). It is shady, indeed, but that doesn't mean the program is "fraudulent". What happened to the OP was exactly what was in the terms and conditions when he signed up, (and quite honestly what's in the terms & conditions of every program I know of with paid free sign-ups).
