if your bank, said " sorry we mis-communicated incorrect information" you now have $1, we spent your money on hookers and blow, would you call it a "ripoff" or a miscommunication ? and if before you had become a member they had promised not to take your money and spend it on hookers and blow, but they did anyways , how would you feel ? ripped off or mis-communicated ?
