This thread has gotten stupid now, everyone seems to be posting nothing but speculation and none of us are lawyers. Its obvious that kinky is 2257 compliant as the content providers or at least one has came in and posted. It is also obvious that NetBilling has their shit together as well and did not deserve this stupid fuckin thread. Anyone can sue anyone at any time for anything, weather the allogations are for sure true or even actually apply is the problem and a lot of the problem with our country.

I seriously doubt they would have SOME compliant then a bunch of non compliant content, that is absurd seeing as how just like that producer said they DID go to the trouble to have stuff shot for the site when the non compliant gf sites just steal shit from everywhere, its just not a logical thought process.

It is obvious that this thread was started to point fingers from people who I don't even think belong on this board especially after a thread is plastered showing plain as day that this same person that started it was fraternizing with underage girls on Myspace especially being in the biz he is in, his intentions where what exactly? Apparently he has no idea what Karma is. Since I don't know him I don't have room to say anything that hasn't already been said.

That is hippocracy at its best so yes I also agree that he should be banned for linking all these companies to horse shit just because it was posted on xbiz when half the time they do not even know what in the hell they are talking about. Anyone can get damn near any news posted on there and half the time the facts are completely wrong. That should come to a stop as well.

This thread or anything to do with whats going on is not even worth reading anymore to be honest and people that start threads like this usually have some personal gain cause there was no other reason for it, how he isn't banned and this thread is allowing people to hammer the shit out of all these companies with no real standing is beyond me.
