The base of my argument is that nobody has sent me any C&D, nobody has called any attorneys, nobody has taken me to court or forced settlement outside of court.
Why is that???

I agree! But i was never a cheater! I am guilty of STEALING struvelt's free site, yes .... this was when i was very very new and didnt realize the consequences.
If your telling me you or ANY of your big posting buddies were never new, never made a mistake while not thinking or knowing of consequences, then you are just as ignorant as i think you are.
