Due to the recent drumbeating of a "reform"-minded Congress, Visa has released recent policy changes. I'm sure most of us here are aware of the changes made and underway.
Here's an instance when Visa's "preemptive" moves experienced a little push back. Although it doesn't impact nor reverses some of the major changes made
recently for online merchants or impact the changes underway, it's nice to see reminders that sometimes the pushing can go the other way...
