Thanks for this info. I've enjoyed watching the two TV series featuring the Sea Sheperd society (even if some of it seemed scripted).

The Ady Gil was a nice ship. I did not know that it sank.

Bethane is the original owner of the ship and donated it to the sea sheperd society.
He's a multi-millionaire, so you can expect him to have a good defense in court.
