Or conversely it could be argued that this is only the second such spill like this in over 3 decades so they must be doing something right. And if they get this hole plugged in less than 2 months when last time it took ~9 months and that previous spill was in 200 foot deep water not 5,000+ feet deep water... Well, that would mean an improvement, no?
