So then only the people that live on the same continent have the right to conquer, slaughter and enslave people in lands other than their own?
The Inca's did not own all the land.... they took if from tribes that were there before them. So then only if you come by ship you can't conquer? What if you come by canoe? Isn't that a small ship? What if you conquer land across a river? Isn't that just a smaller stretch of water than an ocean?
You are going to have to clearly define under what set of circumstances it is valid to conquer other peoples land, and under which it is not.
