there was a time not so long ago when disabled people were called 'cripples' and society would keep them hidden away. same with the mentally ill, they were locked away in asylums - now we put them right out in society, literally on the streets, eating out of garbage cans.

people with prolapsed rectums are no different, LoveSandra's avatar is a good thing, they're people too and if they want to pose for sexy photos like so called 'normal' people do they should have the opportunity.
