Owned by CIBC. They were advertising jobs for PC banking on the gov on ontario website. You had to send your resume to CIBC.
I use CIBC, my only complaint is that it takes forever to pay my american visa. The tellers have to fill out a whack of paperwork and get a manager to give an access code etc...
