I am so very sorry too. Dogs indeed are man's best friend, but men are not dogs best friend. In my country we have lots of dogs without owners on the streets, and the ppl with the power decided that is better to kill them all, they say with an injection, but is not happening like this at all. I will not start telling you what atrocities are done to them
. I really feel so bad that i can do nothing for them. PPl who love animals still try not to let this law apply, and sterilize them, then adopt them as many as possible but many who have the power to stop this, do not care. So sad.
