BUT I agree with you that any sales drop since Billing required CVV2.

Do you know any processing that not using verification of CVV2 ?

CVV2 is NOT Verified by Visa...Verified by Visa is a different thing...CVV2 is a 3-4 digit code on back of visa/mastercard/amex and the thought behind it is if the person had it, it wasnt fraud caus eyou had to have the card in hand...that was their original thinking behind it. The guidance specs for processors is that they shouldnt store that number, so if they were hacked, they wouldnt get the CVV2 number...the whole thing is pretty much worthless in my opinion.
Verified by Visa is a new thing they started where you get your own personal password and enter it with the transaction...I have yet to run across any processors using it.
