I sent Paypal all the information. Once a claim is escalated those funds are frozen until resolved so he doesn't have access to them.

unless he already pulled the money out of his pp account before they froze it...i had a similiar situation were i was scammed and the person used pp. I disputed and won but the account was already zerod out so i still havent been paid back it now been 6 months...anyway hopefully he will get shut down at the very least
