LOL that's not melanoma. I've seen melanoma close up.
My grandfather got it in his last stages of pancreatic cancer.
I also used to drive my Uncle's (by marriage) father to the skin doctor once a week when he got transferred to Canada by his company.
I used to always go by and check him out to make sure he didn't have any lesions coming up, and believe me their noticeable.
What this guy has is what looks like a little bag of skin. It's kind of hard to explain what it is, I've have a couple of them and an oncologist told me just to ice them and whack them off.
They are only soft tissue, usually it's like a skin duct that gets turned inside out.
I never had mine whacked off, because it's in a place that no one would see it and it doesn't bother me.
