The list of sites this guy (link below) is sending out has a shiny list of my pr4s on it.

He is not brokering, nor selling links for me and if you have bought them and are expecting links to go live, they won't be.

Not sure if it's the same guy or not but whichever. Ask for links to go live before you submit payment is one quick way to atleast be sure they own the sites.
