so, in mid march I decided to get off my ass and stop being so lazy so I decided to look into a way to change my unhealthy and prosperous webmaster lifestyle. So i decided to get a gym membership and I know realistically thats not all thats needed to achieve my goal.I went to the doctor to check out my weight and I couldnt believe that I was 431 lbs. I have always been a big guy but in shape from years of playing sports and other activities. I stopped fast foods completely and now eat a healthy fruit breakfast, light lunch and a low carb and fat dinner.I also work out doing an hour and a half of cardio monday thru friday.I am now a sexy 375 lbs. and my plan is to be down to 300 by the end of the year and 220 ( my football year weight) by the end of next year. the bottom line is it can be done, just with some discipline and will power
