look at it like this, you can pay them $300 a month, but once your with them you HAVE to keep thier software, because loosing it would be a great hit on your business, ie; loss of stats, cascading billing, etc. what if they go under? or raise the prices? do you really want to be dependant on someone elses company to run your own? if you keep them around for 1 year, thats 12x300 = $3600, thats a lot of cash, considering you can easy pay a good programmer less to program it all for you then you would pay mansion for using it for a year.

its your call, its easy and its a great product, but to me the cons far outweight the pros
