My gaming rig gets up to 55c under full load on one core. the other three are more like 52 or 53c. idle's around 30c on all cores. If I see it go above 60c on any during intensive gaming, I let it cool down for a bit. My gpu on the other hand gets up to like 90c playing crysis and stuff. No big deal, it's supposed to be spec'd for 120c before it throttles itself to decrease output.

honestly, if you haven't cleaned the inside of the case out with duster in at least a month, go and buy some now. Keep it running cool so that it lasts for a long time. My brother's old computer died because it was basically more dust than computer. He'd never opened it up, let alone blown the dust out. Don't use a vacuum inside the computer, it mgiht fuck it up.
