I really don't need reports to see it has started turning around from what it was, a blind fool can see it's turning around. No, not every part of the Country is or will turn around, it doesn't have to though. Only a few 'select group' of people expect miracles.
A lot of people said the AZ law is unconstitutional, left, right, middle.. I don't see how Eric Holder saying that makes any difference. Clearly in politics it's about votes from the Latino Community at large....which is why all sides have said it. But once it's found not to be unconstitutional, they all will support it. Things role that way on both sides of the fence.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
