When I reach my target weight, I will slowly start converting to a more "Zone" like diet with the proper percentage of carbs, protein and fat. I've been eating way too many carbs for way too long and wanting to take a somewhat drastic measure. Actually, I'm not "that" fat - just about 20lbs heavier then I want to be. I'm over halfway to my target weight. Ahhhh- just in time for summer
