As a buyer and also a seller of domains and sites, I think it would be a fair question for us to ask things like how much monthly, weekly, yearly the sites make etc. Most people base selling (and buying) pricing on what a site is making or has made not what it can possibly make. Just my 2cents. Also I do understand that you would not want to make these numbers public but to serious possible buyers privately.
