Do not look for a quick fix. It has to be a lifestyle change to stick.
Though a simple dietary change you can make is to cut out
all high fructose corn syrup from your diet. Start by doing just that for 30 days. You WILL see a difference. Read labels too because HFCS is in a lot of foods and drinks.
