Why not shoot some guns? A couple years back Playboy took a group of us to this shotgun skeet shooting range (clay targets), and it was a ton of fun. You can also go to the other ranges and shoot any fucking gun you want.
I bet you could also contact the speedway and see if you could get your buddy behind a race car for a few laps.
