We did a test with outsourcing our mobile project but after 3 months it turned out to be complete shit so one of our programmers is currently redoing it from scratch. This was the first and the last time we outsourced something this big, perhaps it works on smaller independant projects though. Our backend is just to big of a monster and complicated to have someone not in the know work on it.
Finally got another one of the programmers to start on our new webcam section which I am expecting a lot of. Hoping to have this launched next month but I am not holding my breath lol
I have another HUGE project planned for September though so today another ad went out to find new programmers ;)
So overall our biggest issue is finding quality programmers inhouse!

AMEN that is exactly our problem. Ideas are worthless unless developed and you can't truly develop them and build a valuable product without having the staff and team in-house to do it. We have two significant mainstream projects we've been working on. We outsourced both and it will be the last time we do that.
Our problem right now is we've outgrown our current office space. We are moving into twice as much square footage next month and going to get hiring right away. Hopefully we can find a few talented programmers.
