nobody is in charge , i was just saying if theres 10 dumb people , the smartest of the ten isn't nec smart , he is just smarter than the rest.
To the outside observer , i suppose you would have to be smarter than the ten people beforehand or you may very well pick 10 smart people who act dumb. ( if you were smarter you would know they are fooling you
