My 4 month old Alienware M15X turned into a brick a few nights ago after loading up Crysis (motherboard and PS supposedly being fitted here tonight, both fried), so instead of using one of the spare machines, I thought I'd try living the unemployed lifestyle for a day.
So far I've:
Drank 2 pots of coffee
Dropped my wife off at the shops
Spanked the monkey
Posted a few things on the boards
Played the PS3 for an hour
I got so bored I even started weeding the garden just now. It's not even lunch time yet either.
What the hell do unemployed people do all day, it would drive me nuts loafing around each and every day. It's a mindset / lifestyle I could never participate in. I guess it's similar to being retired, I don't think that's going to sit well with me either.
