Which is a lot in this time period of the last 15 years. But still not enough to be paying yourself a six figure salary per month to finance an 8 million dollar jumbo loan.
It sounds to me like the original poster is just throwing numbers up like that to get people to be jealous of the man and hate him for some reason. Anonymous poster saying that some guy did "some work" and didn't get paid and JJ must be scum because he's so filthy rich and lives in an EIGHT MILLION dollar mansion.
I just question how the OP would know how much the man's house cost. Or maybe he just sees a nice big house and is comparing it to what he knows? I don't know.
Sounds like a guy with an axe to grind who has no idea about money and is just throwing numbers around? If I'm wrong, I apologize to you pacrim, but I can only go by what you posted. And what you posted is:

I don't see any firsthand proof that any of that happened or that you know the price a person may have paid for their home. The way you described it, it sounded like a construction guy or a plumber or electrician gave you this info. And I highly doubt that person has a clue what JJ paid for his home.
