But I do know money, and having just went through a jumbo loan process in 2008 I know how MUCH money you would have to have as INCOME (salary) to qualify for a jumbo loan. Which means paying yourself a salary (or if you work for someone else being paid a salary). And I pay myself a damn big salary. I needed every bit of it to qualify for the home I'm in now. Can't see that Jules Jordan is paying himself a salary that is 8 times what I pay myself in order to qualify for this purported mansion. (not to mention the OTHER two "mansions" that the original poster claims)

I DO know how much the DVD industry has been decimated the last few years. It's been hit harder than the online guys by piracy.

And I'm still not saying that JJ or some others aren't making a nice living. I'm saying that they are NOT able to pay themselves a salary of several hundred thousand dollars PER MONTH in order to be able to qualify for a jumbo loan of 8 million dollars.

Unless you are a star quarterback in the NFL or a multi million dollar basketball player or a famous Hollywood star or Mick Jagger...you just aren't pulling THAT kind of money.
