I'm not a hater. I don't know Jules Jordan. I just know what the type of income that is required to get an loan from a bank for 8 million dollars. And I know what investments and real estate have done the last two years as well. So saying he invested well doesn't hold a lot of water with me either.
I'm pretty sure Jules Jordan makes a great living. And since none of us know who you are or what you do...calling him a "punk ass guy" makes YOU the hater. Not trying to fight with you, but you already insulted me earlier and I'm just saying. Maybe if your story said million dollar home I could go with that. EIGHT million? Your story loses it's credibility. But of course reading your original post you did say that a friend of yours told you the story. So you don't have any knowledge of it first hand. This is just a story being passed on.
