you know who buys an 8 million dollar home? Superstar athletes, top TV and film actors, top music stars etc - people who make 10 million a year and up. And even in the best days of the adult DVD biz Jules Jordan wasn't making close to that kind of money - before or after taxes.
who knows, maybe he's made some great real estate or stock investments.

i commented that several own moar than 1 $2-3m home. while i do understand that an $8m home is a massively huge acquisition, it's ~value is = several $2-3m homes. thus my comment.
