for being 3rd in 2006 and 2nd in the Euro 2008 i'm surprised that Germany wasn't mentioned more often. i think they always have a chance to win although this year doesnt look too promising yet. but they were always a team that needed the pressure of a tournament - so i would definitely put them at least in the semi finals.
