While it varies by industry and from situation to situation, a very simple private company valuation is ASSETS - DEBTS + YEARLY NET * 1.5. So a company with 1 million in assets, no debts and 1 million in yearly net would be worth ~ 2.5 million. The 6 month net price noted by KRL sounds like a bargain to me. But ultimately everything is worth whatever you can get someone to pay for it
