They transferred one site without a glitch, any questions I've ever had have been answered swiftly and promptly. If they know there's to be planned downtime, they let you know way in advance. The prices are some of the best you'll see for the features that you get. Whether you need it or not, CPanel with Fantastico is installed, so popular scripts are a few clicks away, including Wordpress & various tube scripts. If you'd like to promote them yourself, they also offer an ffiliate program which pays between $65-125 per sale.
All in all, I couldn't be happier with them and feel secure that I chose them to host my sites.
