I don't know anyone out of Miami & not sure where you're based but I've got a few reccomendations for you if you want to get it finished by someone else.
Central Florida there's a shop in Orlando called Cast Iron Tattoo,
http://castirontattoos.com (don't judge them by their site, LOL) it's run by Danny Knight. Danny runs a super tight ship and everyone there is kick ass. I think Bobby would probably be best to finish this.
Up in Jacksonville there's Inksmith and Rogers.
