Please make sure you have traffic or SERPS stats, and revenue screen shots to back up any claims or reinforcement for asking price. I need to know BIN, also any licenses you are using, or will need to transfer.

Additionally traffic sources. If it's a piece of your network, that source would disappear once you sell. So I need to know that as well. So provide screen shots of referrals or sources.
