Read the thread again and you will find that "Ben" can not seem to get his story straight. It changes with the wind. This shows me that Ben has a problem with communication and when you combine that with Mike's story about Ben vanishing then coming back..well..It seems pretty clear to me that Ben is the one who dropped the ball here.

Although Ben may have paid the money, I don't believe for even half a second that Ben was scammed. Sounds to me like Ben was a pain in the ass who vanished during the development process and is now crying about how things turned out.....12 years later or whatever that number is up to now.
